1. What are the payment options for this event?
Guests may pay securely online via our Personify Payments system. In-person payments are reserved for UKO members only. Details for manual payment will be shared directly with those registrants.
All payments must be completed by Friday, August 9, 2025.
2. When is the payment deadline?
All payments are due no later than Friday, August 9, 2025. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled to finalize seating and catering.
3. I chose manual payment — now what?
If you're a UKO member and selected manual payment, you’ll receive a follow-up email with collection dates and times from the Financial Secretary and Assistant Financial Secretary. Please do not submit payments outside of those sessions.
4. What is the dress code?
The attire is formal, with Rosé-inspired style encouraged.
5. Can I transfer my ticket or get a refund?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

6. What if I didn’t get a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If not found, contact the Technology Committee at: ukoaka1908@gmail.com.
7. Will tickets be sold at the door?
No. All guests must register and pay in full by August 9, 2025. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
8. Are seats assigned?
All tickets, except sponsorships, are general admission. Please arrive early for the best seating.
9. Do I need special access to enter the event location?
Yes. This event is at Fort Bragg’s Iron Mike Conference Center.
All attendees must:
• Present a valid DoD ID OR
• Request a visitor pass at least 24 hours in advance at: https://pass.aie.army.mil/steps/branch_selection
Note: A valid REAL ID-compliant license or passport is required to complete this process. Visitors without appropriate ID will not be approved. No entry will be permitted without approved base access.
