Upsilon Kappa Omega Chapter values the commitment of its members and participants. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Membership Dues

• Non-Refundable: Membership dues are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs and commitments made on behalf of members.
• Exceptions: In cases of administrative errors or overpayments, refunds may be considered upon written request within 30 days of payment.

2. Event Fees

• Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the UKO Chapter Financial Officer at ukoaka1908@gmail.com no later than 7 days before the event.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as those for materials or third-party services, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated in event descriptions.

3. Merchandise

• Eligibility: Refunds for merchandise are subject to the return of items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
• Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
