What must I do to reactivate my membership if I have been inactive for one or more years? Upsilon Kappa Omega is committed to reclaiming our beloved members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. For those looking to reactivate or transfer onboard Flight Upsilon Kappa Omega, we welcome you! For more information on Graduate Reactivation and Transfers, please click here. Complete the appropriate form below. Include your current name, address, chapter of initiation and date, last chapter with which you were active, all previous names used, and financial card number (if available). Once your membership is reactivated, you will receive a financial card, Ivy Leaf magazine, and announcements about the National Conference, Leadership Seminar, and other events. Graduate Chapter Reactivation Form complete and submit to the chapter with which you wish to affiliate, plus a money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, chapter dues, fees, and assessments, as applicable. General Member Reactivation Form must be completed and submitted to the Corporate Office with a money order/certified check for reactivation/reinstatement fees, per capita, fees, and assessments, as applicable. Transfer Verification Form complete and submit to the Corporate Office plus a money order/certified check for transfer fees, per capita payments, and assessments, as applicable. They are open to active and inactive members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Visitors must present a valid identification card and show proof of membership which may consist of your most recent financial card.
